Textured Paint with Bóveda

Silicone Treatment of Beams
The I-beams are sanded down and treated with silicone before being repainted with black enamel. The bricks are also sanded down and cleaned with muriatic acid.

Tiling and Hammered Steps in Living Room
The tiling in the living room is now complete, including grouting and edging (the lower area will have a wooden floor). The steps have been hammered to produce this marbled finish (this is incredibly labor-intensive; each of these steps took nearly two man days). This finish is also being applied to the exterior steps and edge of the covered patio.

More clay tiles have now been placed on the roof. These will later be covered with a cement/silicone mixture, then treated with a water-resistant paint. By the tiles is shown the tool used to smooth out the stucco.

Sloping Roofs now Waterproofed
Both sloping roofs have been sealed with a cement/silicone base followed by white impermeable paint, and are now ready for the roof tiles. Textured painting has started in the drying patio and on the walls of the flat roof area.

Railings and Textured Painting
The straight sections (only) of railing have now been fitted. The rooftop walls have all been textured and work is now in progress texturing the entire exterior.
